Seigure China is a manufacturing service company based in Shenzhen. We help international clients design, develop, source and manufacture their products in China, managing the entire process from concept to final delivery.

We have been operating since 2012, giving us over a decade of experience in production management, risk control and supplier relationships in China.

We are based in Shenzhen, China — the heart of electronics manufacturing, giving us direct access to a vast network of factories, suppliers and logistics partners.
QHow long has your oldest client been working with you?+
We have been working with most clients more than 5 years, the longest is 14 years for the oldest.
QCan you safe our projects if we work with you?+
Yes, safety is the most important thing for our projects, and we will sign safety agreement for all customers to protect every projects.
QCan you assist with product design from the early stage?+
Yes, we involve in the design from the beginning for schematic & PCB design, Case design, testrig design, BOM optimization to ensure the production will be done at the right cost.
QHow do you evaluate the production cost?+
We analyse the BOM, manufacturing process and supplier options to provide a detailed cost breakdown. By involving us early, we help you hit your target cost from the start.
QDo you have components in stock to reduce cost?+
Yes. We maintain over 3,000 components in stock, which can reduce both cost and lead time for your projects.
QWhat is your charges for your design and design assistant?+
Normally we don't charge for design assistant, but 100% design will be charged (not recommend at the moment).
QHow do you manage the price fluctuation?+
Yes, price fluctuation is very common, we monitor price trends. If we see an upward trend and the client agrees, we'll purchase materials in advance to lock in prices and help them minimize losses.
QCan you manage prototype builds?+
Yes. We coordinate prototype builds with our partner factories, managing component sourcing, assembly and initial testing to deliver working samples for your evaluation.
QWhat is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for production?+
MOQ depends on the product type and factory requirements. We work with clients at various volumes, from small pilot runs to mass production. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
QCan you manage the entire production process?+
Yes. We handle factory selection, scheduling, production oversight, quality inspection and on-time delivery — acting as your team on the ground in China.
QHow do you manage the risk for production?+
We have our standards to manage the production safety. Such as replacement possibility from design state, FAI checking for first article, prototype building before batch production in our workshop, fully test with firmware and software…and other actions.
QWhat is the common yield for production?+
Our target is 98% for first pass yield and above 99.5% for final yield. In actual production, our yield typically meets or even exceeds our target. If it falls short, we will re-evaluate the product design to identify and improve.
QWill you record the production?+
Yes, we keep detailed records of the First Pass Yield (FPY) and final yield for each production run. We also document all relevant production details.
QDo you design and build test rigs?+
Yes. We can help to design the hardware and build the customized testrigs and functional testing devices, our customer will lead the design for testing software, ensuring all products are 100% tested before leaving China.
QHow do you ensure product quality during production?+
We co-design the production and testing procedures with our clients, conduct in-line and final inspections, and use dedicated test rigs to verify every unit before shipment.
QCan the test rig be updated as the product evolves?+
Yes. We work with you to update and maintain test rigs as your product design evolves, ensuring testing always reflects the latest specification.
QWill you maintain the testrigs and other testing devices?+
Yes, this is a standard work here, every 3-4 months, maintenance will be carried out for testing devices, ensure they are in good condition.
QHow long will you keep the testrigs, will you charge for long time storage?+
We will store them freely for up to 5 years. Beyond that, we will talk to the client to understand the reasons for the lack of repeat orders. We will not dispose of any equipment without the client's authorization.
QCan you manage plastic injection tooling?+
Yes. We manage plastic injection tooling from design to first article, working with trusted mould makers to deliver precise, durable tooling on time and within budget.
QHow long does tooling typically take?+
Tooling lead time varies by complexity, but typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks for standard moulds. We provide a detailed timeline before work begins.
QWho owns the tooling?+
The tooling belongs to the client. We manage the process on your behalf and ensure full documentation and ownership records are maintained throughout.
QWill you design the case and the injection tool?+
Yes, this can be done in China, but we highly recommend customers designing it according to our engineers' advice. The injection tool will be designed by the factory.
QWill you check the design and get back with engineers' advice?+
Yes, our engineer will check the design and get back with DFM. This will help customers understand the whole process and know how to improve the quality and control the cost.
QHow long will you keep the tool in the factory?+
We will store the tools freely for as long as needed.
QCan you assist with CE and RoHS certification?+
Yes. We work with accredited test laboratories to support CE, RoHS, FCC and other regulatory certifications required for your target markets.
QWhat markets do you support compliance for?+
We primarily support compliance for the UK, EU and US markets, including CE marking, UKCA, RoHS, FCC and other applicable standards. Other markets can be discussed based on your requirements.
QDo you help prepare technical documentation?+
Yes, but based on our experience, certification testing for products requires a considerable amount of technical documentation. Some of this documentation can be prepared at our side, while other materials can only be completed in collaboration with the client. Product certification testing is a complex work that requires the full cooperation between us and the client, as different testing standards involve different technical requirements.
QDo you have any unresolvable issues during previous testing processes?+
For some complex products with a wide range of functions, challenging issues are always there. But working closely with the laboratory, suppliers, and clients, we can always find solutions. To date, we have not encountered a situation where a product was unable to pass testing.
QHave you ever taken any actions to help the testing goes smoothly?+
We pay attention to certification testing from the product design stage. For example, we only choose the certificated components, and whether they have technical staff who can provide support for testing. During the design phase, we also consult with lab technicians to understand how different designs might affect the testing standards. For certain core components, we also think alternatives which may fail during the test. So basically, at every stage of the project development, certification testing is always on our radar.
QDo you handle shipping and export?+
Yes. We coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange shipping by sea or air, handling export documentation and customs clearance as required.
QWhat are typical delivery lead times?+
Lead times vary by product complexity, order volume and shipping method. We provide accurate timelines upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.
QCan you ship to multiple countries?+
Yes. We have shipped products to clients in the UK, Europe and beyond. We can arrange delivery to multiple destinations as required.
QCan we send parts to China for our project?+
Absolutely yes. Our clients frequently send materials like IoT cards to China for different projects, so we are familiar with the entire import process.
QCan you promise the safety for shipping?+
Frankly speaking, we cannot guarantee 100% safety for the cargo shipping, but we will take actions to minimize the loss to the lowest, such as purchasing insurance for the shipping, working with professional logistics companies.
QIf the cargo is lost or damaged during transit, and shipping insurance has been purchased, can we receive corresponding compensation?+
Yes, you can definitely claim compensation from the insurance company in this situation.
QWhat shipping methods are available?+
Generally, options include air freight, sea freight, express delivery, and rail transport (such as the China-Europe Railway Express). We will recommend the most suitable shipping based on delivery time, price and safety.
QDo you provide door-to-door service?+
Yes, we currently offer this service. However, for high-value products, we strongly recommend splitting the shipment into multiple batches to ensure maximum safety.
